6:30am — Food pick up from Hannaford Supermarket in York in the Footprints Van.

Tuesday

6:30am — Food pick up from Hannaford Supermarket in York in the Footprints Van.
8:00am — Bread pick up from Panera Bread in Portsmouth.
8:30am-10:30am — Volunteers arrive to begin food preparation for distribution to clients on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.
9:30am — Calls are made to clients for home delivery on Wednesday
10:00am — Produce pick up from Golden Harvest, produce prepared for distribution.
5:30pm-6:30pm — Clients arrive.

Wednesday

8:00am — Food pick up from Market Basket in Newington.
8:00am-9:30am — Shelves are stocked with produce, breads, sweets and the cooler is filled with perishable items.
9:30am-1:00pm — Clients arrive. Shelves are continually restocked of produce and perishable items. Volunteers gather client menu requests.
12:00pm — Boxes are prepared for deliveries to housebound clients.
1:00pm — Deliveries to Kittery, Kittery Point, and Eliot.
1:00pm — All food is put away and stored.

Friday

Food orders are sent for the following week.

Fifty-eight volunteers make this happen every single week at Footprints and we could not do it without them!
